Routes allow you to trigger downstream actions based on topics attached to device messages. You could chain operator apps to transform or evaluate messages, then forward them to action apps like webhooks, email, or storage. Read how routes work.

How to manage routes for a single SIM

Find the SIM

First find the SIM’s details page from the SIMs pages or using global search.

Open the Routes tab

Open the Routes tab for the SIM. The card will display all routes configured for this SIM, as well as any routes inherited from shared system topics like a _TAG_<ID> topic.

Configure routes

Add, edit, or delete routes for the the SIM.
