# Organizations details

> An organization is the shared account for your company or team. An organization lets you manage a collection of SIMs, and each organization is a single billed entity. Learn about organizations, collaborators, and how to manage access in Hologram.

## Organization details

Find details about your organization including the name, ID, and current users and roles by opening the **Settings** section in the main menu and navigating to the **This organization** page.

Each user also has a personal organization by default. Collaborators cannot be invited to personal organizations.

## Switching organizations

In the top left corner of your dashboard, you will see the name of the current organization you are working in. Click on this name to open the **Organization picker** and switch to another organization.
