# What can I do if I haven't received a verification email?

> Steps to find or receive your Hologram account verification email.

## If you don't see the verification email

<Steps>
  <Step title="Check all mail folders">
    Look in Spam, Junk, Trash, Deleted Items, and Archive. Filters and rules may move automated emails.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Search and whitelist">
    Search your mailbox for "Hologram" or "verification". Add `no-reply@hologram.io` to your allowlist if applicable.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Try a different email domain">
    <Note>
      **Note:** Some `@yahoo.com` addresses may block messages from `.io` domains. Consider using a different email domain or contacting Yahoo to remove the block.
    </Note>

  <Step title="Resend the email">
    Return to your dashboard and request a new verification email, then repeat the checks above.
