How does custom billing work?
If your organization is set up with custom billing, your account team will send you all billing documents, invoices, statements, and transaction directly.
Billing information is not available in the dashboard for organizations with custom billing. This includes:
- Invoices
- Statements
- Transactions
- Account balance
- Data plan pricing, including data usage rates and monthly recurring charges
