If your organization receives monthly invoices, you can find invoices in your Dashboard and configure who receives them by email.
Limited access: Monthly invoices are only available for accounts with an active contract. To learn more, contact our sales team. Some organizations may be set up with custom billing solutions.

How to view and pay invoices

Navigate to Billing → Invoices

Open the Billing section in the main menu, then open the Invoices page.

Download or pay an invoice

You can download the invoice using the dropdown menu on each invoice. If the invoice is unpaid, you can pay it using the Pay invoice button, which will open a Stripe-hosted invoice payment page.

Who receives invoice emails?

Invoices are sent via your linked Stripe account and go to the recipients configured in your Stripe billing settings.
  • To change recipients, update them in Stripe: https://support.stripe.com/questions/change-the-email-address-where-stripe-emails-are-sent.
  • Credit card receipt notifications are controlled in the Dashboard under Billing → Account → Billing notifications.
