How to access and download statements

Open Billing → Statements

Go to the Billing section in the main navigation and open the Statements page.On the Statements page, you will see three values:
  • Charges: Running total of all charges during the billing period.
  • Balance added: Total of all balance top-ups during the month.
  • Statement total: Outstanding amount after charges and added balance. Charges are negative transactions; balance additions are positive.

Select a statement

You will see a list of statements generated for your organization. The earliest available is April 2020. For earlier statements, email support@hologram.io.

Download and open the CSV

Select Download CSV. After the download completes, open the CSV file in Excel or Google Sheets.
We deliver statements as raw CSV files, with each transaction in its own row. Use your spreadsheet tool of choice to build pivot tables and summaries that fit your operations.
Caution: We do not recommend using Apple Numbers.
If your organization has few devices or you would like a simpler view of your transactions, you can also view the Transactions page.
Important: Organizations with custom billing solutions will receive statements and transactions directly from their account team.

Transactions page

On the Transactions page, you will see a list of historical transactions for your organization, with filters for date range and SIM tags. This page is a simpler view of transactions for quick reference for organizations with only a few SIMs.

Open Billing → Transactions

Select Billing in the main menu and open the Transactions page.
