How to create an organization
From the organizations menu

Open the organization switcher
Open the Organization menu that shows the name of the current organization in the top right corner of your Dashboard, then click Create organization.
From your account settings

Open Settings → Your account
Open the Settings section in the main menu, then open the Your account page.

Create organization
Scroll to the Organizations card, then click the Create organization button.
