Deleting your account will permanently delete all organizations owned by that account. This includes all organization with an owner that matches your email address. Requirements before deleting your account
Verify all organizations that you own
Verify all organizations that you own by checking your Account settings page and the organization details pages for each organization.
Deactivate or transfer all SIMs
All SIMs within all organizations you own have been permanently deactivated by following the instructions in this guide, or have been transferred to other organizations your account does not own by following these instructions.
Pay any negative balance
The accout balance for all organizations you own must be paid and $0. If the organization has a balance, it must be paid in the Account page before Hologram can delete the organization. We recommend also turning off auto-refill in the Account page.
Gather organization ID(s)
Gather the organization ID(s) of all organization(s) you own.
Important: Hologram can only delete an organization in which all SIMs are either deactivated or transferred, and the organization’s balance is not negative.In accordance with our Terms of Service, we are not required to provide refunds for any remaining positive balance when a customer requests the termination or deletion of their account. Our policies are designed to ensure clarity and consistency in financial transactions while upholding the agreed-upon terms of use. How to delete your account
Email support@hologram.io from the email address associated with your Hologram account, filling out the template below. You will need the following information:- Organization ID(s). Provide all Organization IDs in your Dashboard that you are an Owner of.
- Do you have active SIM(s) on your account? You are required to delete or transfer SIM(s) in order for Hologram to delete your account. Go to your dashboard and follow this quick guide to delete or transfer SIMs.
- Your balance must not be negative. If your account is negative, it must be paid before Hologram can delete your account. Find it in your dashboard
- Are you the owner of the account? You must send your request from the account email address matching the email address in your dashboard. If you are not the owner, CC the owner in your request, who will need to verify the request.
