Name
Name of the SIM. Click to rename.
Tags
Tags applied to this SIM. Click to manage tags.
Manage SIM button
Opens all available actions that can be taken on this SIM through your dashboard.
Enabled profile ICCID
The name and ICCID of the connectivity profile that is enabled and currently able to use data on this SIM. Click profile name to visit the Profiles tab. Click ICCID to copy to clipboard.
Data usage
Total data usage for the SIM’s current billing period. This is the unique 30-day billing period for prepaid organizations, month-to-date for postpaid organizations, and lifetime usage for SIMs in pre-deployment testing.
Included data
The amount of data included in your chosen data plan, and the SIM’s data usage limit if set.
SIM ID
Hologram’s unique ID for this SIM card. Click to copy to clipboard.
Last known IMEI
IMEI of the last device this SIM connected through, if provided by the carrier and network. Click to copy to clipboard.

An overview of the SIM’s current connectivity, last known session, status, and data usage.Status card
An overview of the connectivity status of a SIM. It displays a path of connectivity to illustrate how a SIM connects to the internet and where communication for various status changes take place.

SIM status
The SIM’s current status and description.
Your device
Displays the customer device ID. Click to copy to clipboard.
Hologram SIM
Displays the Hologram SIM ID. Click to copy to clipboard.
Mobile core operator
Displays the profile name of the mobile core operator. Hover to view and copy profile (link) ID for the profile.
Internet
Represents the SIM’s connection to the internet.
Last connection card
An overview of the last known session information for a SIM, as provided by the network and carrier. You can find open session details, location information, and information about reporting windows. Note that not every network, carrier, or session provides information like IMEI, location, or ongoing data usage for open sessions.

Last seen
Relative time since the SIM’s last closed session or the start of its current open session. This matches the Last active column in the SIMs pages. For SIMs configured with pre-deployment testing, this session may have occurred during Test Mode.
Data usage
Summarizes total data usage for the last closed session.
Type
Displays only for reporting windows for carriers that return timed blocks of data usage rather than individual sessions.
Start and end time, and duration
UTC timestamps of the last closed session, and how long it lasted.
Network
The cellular network the SIM last connected to in a data session.
RAT
Radio Access Technology for the last closed session (e.g., 3G, 4G LTE).
Country
Country in which the last closed session occurred.
Tower location
Approximate crowdsourced latitude/longitude of the cell tower the SIM connected to, if available.
Cell tower ID
ID of the network cell tower the SIM connected to, if provided by a network.
Map
Map of the latitude/longitude of the last known connection if known. Click to view in Google Maps.
Required device APN
APN(s) required for device configuration, as determined by the SIM’s installed profiles.
Enabled profile
The name and ICCID of the currently enabled connectivity profile a SIM can use data through.
Usage this billing period card
An overview of the data usage for the SIM’s current billing period. If your account uses prepaid self-service billing, SIMs use data and are billed on a 30-day billing period beginning when the SIM was activated. If your account uses invoiced monthly billing, SIMs use data and are billed monthly. Data plan included data and data limits always apply to each SIM’s unique 30-day billing period.

Data usage
Total data usage for this SIM’s current billing period.
Included data
The amount of data included in the SIM’s current data plan, and the data usage limit if set.
Outbound SMS limit
The SIM’s current outbound SMS count and SMS limit.
Billing period
The SIM’s current billing period. This is every 30 days for prepaid organizations, and monthly for postpaid organizations.

Data usage
Lifetime test data usage for this SIM, and the threshold of data usage at which it will automatically activate.
Included data
The SIM’s current data usage against the free 100 KB it can use before activating.
Outbound SMS limit
Total number of outbound SMS the SIM can use before activating.
Target activation date
The date at which the SIM will automatically activate if it has not reached its data or outbound SMS limits.

Deactivation info
Displays only when the SIM is deactivating or deactivated. Includes when the SIM was deactivated (UTC).
Coverage configuration
Coverage type (Dual-Core, Multi-Core, Single-Core, or Single-Core UICC), Outage Protection status, Installed profiles able to use data, and Required APN(s).
Identifying details
SIM ID, Name, SKU, eUICCID (EID), and MSISDN.
Activation (and pre-deployment testing)
Activation date/time (UTC), Entered testing (UTC), Testing duration, and Target activation date (if applicable).
Additional configuration
Outbound SMS limit and Phone number (if purchased and available).
Last known device details
Details about the last known device the SIM was seen in. SIMs can move between physical devices, so these details are tracked separately.

Device ID
Hologram-assigned ID for your device.
Last known IMEI
Last known IMEI for the device, if available and provided by a network.
IMEI TAC
TAC prefix for the IMEI, if available.
Modem
Name of the modem, if it can be determined.
Hardware
Hardware model, if it can be determined.
Device communication
Device tunneling configuration using Spacebridge.
Profiles tab
Information about connectivity profiles installed on a multi-core SIM, and a summary of how Outage Protection will work for Hyper SIMs. This tab also includes past fallback events and profile installations.Profiles
Shows the profiles currently installed on a SIM and their expected connectivity behavior. This card shows how network fallback will behave on a Hyper SIM when multiple connectivity profiles are installed. Expanding the card shows additional fields and installation history.

Fallback banner
For fallback-enabled SIMs, explains how a SIM behaves when fallback is disabled.
Profile fallback status
Labels that indicate which profile is enabled, and whether you can connect to other installed profiles.
Profile name
Hologram’s name for the profile, which generally describes carrier partner coverage areas.
ICCID
Unique carrier-assigned identifier for the profile.
Network status
Status of the current profile, which determines the current SIM status.
Installation status
Enabled/disabled status of the profile. The enabled profile is currently able to use data and connect to the internet.
Profile / Link ID
Unique Hologram identifier for a profile.
Required APN
APN required on your device to connect through this profile. If installed profiles have different APNs, additional warnings will display.
Created
Date the profile was installed onto this SIM.
MSISDN
MSISDN of the profile.
Fallback timer message describing behavior when the enabled profile loses connection, including timer details.
Fallback history
History of fallback events for a SIM. The panel displays fallback events within the SIM’s current billing period. Use Show all fallback events to load all available records. Fallback events can also be found by reviewing session history for changes between profile ICCIDs or names.

Profile history
Full history of profile installations and removals from a SIM card. Profiles are listed oldest to the left, newest to the right. Each row represents a change to a single profile in the SIM’s configuration. This card displays after expanding Show more details.
Usage reporting tab
Summary of data usage for the SIM within a date range including recent sessions, and usage by profile, network, and day. This defaults to the SIM’s current billing period.SIM data usage reporting
View data usage history, detailed session information, SMS usage, and location history for a single SIM.
Data sessions for date range
Shows the most recent sessions within the selected date range. Helpful for pinpointing problematic sessions, outliers, or strings of zero-byte sessions when troubleshooting data usage.Usage by session

Find summarized data usage within the selected date for a SIM card by network, profile, or day to understand overall data usage behavior and connectivity changes, and to identify possible device configuration problems from zero-byte sessions.Coverage tab

The per-MB data usage/overage rate the SIM will pay when using data on this network, as determined by the SIM’s current Data Plan.
Country
Country the network operates in.
Radio Access Technologies (RATs)
Available RATs for this network/profile/country combination.

Detailed overview of pricing associated with this SIM. Includes the Data Plan the SIM has been added to and all associated rates that apply to the SIM and its data usage, plus any add-ons, including phone numbers.Related actions
