How to view and resolve action items

Open the Home → Action Items page
Navigate to the Home section in the main menu, and open the Action Items page.

Resolve action items
Resolve individual alerts in the tab for each type of action item: data limits reached, data usage thresholds reached, or IMEI TAC changes.
