How do I add or update a credit card for payment?
Hologram requires all organizations to have a credit card on file in order to activate SIMs and renew SIMs. For prepaid organizations with an account balance, a credit card is required to add funds to your account balance. For organizations with monthly invoicing and postpaid billing, a credit card is required as a backup payment method.Go to Billing → Account
Expand the Billing section in the main menu and navigate to the Account page. Scroll to the Payment method card.
Update ACH payment method
