How do I add or update a credit card for payment?

Hologram requires all organizations to have a credit card on file in order to activate SIMs and renew SIMs. For prepaid organizations with an account balance, a credit card is required to add funds to your account balance. For organizations with monthly invoicing and postpaid billing, a credit card is required as a backup payment method.

Go to Billing → Account

Expand the Billing section in the main menu and navigate to the Account page. Scroll to the Payment method card.

Click Update payment method

In the Payment method card, select Update credit card.

Enter your payment method information

In the modal, enter your payment method information and select Update payment method to save.

Update ACH payment method

If your organization has monthly invoicing and postpaid billing, you can update your ACH payment by contacting support.
