How to change data plans for a single SIM

Find the SIM

Open a SIM from the SIMs pages or using global search.

Open the SIM actions menu

Click the Manage SIM menu at the top right of the SIM’s details page and choose Change data plans.

Select the target data plan

Select the target data plan from the available options.

Set a new data limit (if applicable)

Set a new data limit for the SIM.
Warning: Changing data plans removes any custom data usage limits you’ve set. You’ll need to reconfigure these during or after changing data plans.

Review and confirm

Review pricing changes and confirm the plan change.

How to change data plans in bulk

  1. Navigate to the SIMs section in the main menu.
  2. Use filters to find and select the SIMs you want to activate. You can activate up to 10,000 SIMs at a time.
  3. Click the Manage SIMs menu at the top of the page and choose Change data plans.
  4. Choose your new data plan from the available options, then review the activation details and charges and confirm the activation.
Caution: Changing data plans will remove any custom data usage limits you’ve set. You’ll need to reconfigure these during or after changing data plans.
