How to change data plans for a single SIM

Find the SIM

Open a SIM from the SIMs pages or using global search.

Open the SIM actions menu

Click the Manage SIM menu at the top right of the SIM’s details page and choose Change data plans.

Select the target data plan

Select the target data plan from the available options.

Set a new data limit (if applicable)

Set a new data limit for the SIM.

Review and confirm

Review pricing changes and confirm the plan change.

How to change data plans in bulk

You can change data plans for up to 10,000 SIMs at a time in your dashboard. If you choose SIMs on different data plans, the plan change and any changes to limits, tags, or naming will only be applied to SIMs that are not already on the new plan you choose. You can only choose data plans available to all SIMs you have selected. Selecting SIMs with different installed profiles may restrict your choice of data plans.

Navigate to the SIMs section

Navigate to the Active SIMs page in the SIMs section in the main menu.

Use filters to find and select the SIMs

Use filters to find and select the SIMs you want to want to change to a new data plan.

Click the Manage SIMs menu

Click the Manage SIMs menu at the top of the page and choose Change data plans.

Choose your new data plan

Choose your new data plan from the available options, then review the plan change details and charges and confirm the plan change.

Review plan rates and coverage

Review the plan rates and coverage for the new data plan. Optional: You can override or remove existing data limits for SIMs that will be updated.

Review tags and naming

Optional. Update name prefixes or tags for SIMs that will be updated.

Review and confirm

Review the plan change details and charges, then confirm the plan change.
