How do I switch profiles manually on a Multi-Core SIM

We limit the ability to switch profiles to SIMs that are actively able to use data. If your SIM’s data usage is paused, you will need to resume it before trying to switch profiles. This option will only appear for a SIM if its profile is able to be switched and the profile is Enabled or Disabled (ENABLED or DISABLED states).
  1. Open a SIM’s details page from the SIMs section of your dashboard or by searching for it in the top navigation.
  2. In the details page that appears, press the Manage SIM button in the page header, and in the dropdown menu that appears choose the Switch profiles option.

  3. The Switch profiles modal window that appears gives an overview of how the profile configuration on your SIM will change after issuing a Switch Profile request. Press the Switch Profiles button to issue the request.

  4. A banner will appear on the SIM’s details page if there is an active switch profile request pending for the SIM.

Switching profiles should take under 10 minutes for most SIMs.
