Only Owners, Admins, and Managers can manage device tunneling. The option is unavailable for a SIM if none of its profiles support secure tunneling. A profile supports secure tunneling only when its carrier supports Spacebridge and the profile uses a Hologram APN (hologram or deviceapn.net). Check each profile’s Secure tunneling field on the Profiles tab. Secure tunneling uses the enabled profile on the SIM. If the enabled profile does not support secure tunneling, your device will not be able to connect.

How to enable/disable secure tunneling for a single SIM

  1. Find your SIM from the SIMs pages or using global search.
  2. Click the Manage SIM menu at the top of the page.
  3. Choose Manage device tunneling…
  4. Confirm the configuration change

How to enable/disable secure tunneling in bulk

  1. Navigate to the SIMs page in your dashboard
  2. Filter for devices you want to configure
  3. Select up to 10 devices by checking the boxes
  4. Click the Manage SIMs menu at the top of the list and choose Manage device tunneling…
  5. Confirm the configuration change
