Note: SIMs in Test Mode will activate automatically after using free data, with no downtime or action required on your part. SIMs with an active Global-1 (G1) profile are the only exception, and will experience a brief disconnection when activating to update profile states.

How to end testing and activate SIMs

  1. Navigate to the SIMs section in the main menu.
  2. Open the Pre-deployment SIMs page.
  3. Use filters to find and select the SIMs you want to activate. You can activate up to 10,000 SIMs at a time.
  4. Confirm that all selected SIMs are on the same data plan. If SIMs are on different data plans, you can filter and activate SIMs on each data plan separately.
  5. Click the Manage SIMs menu at the top of the page and choose End testing and activate.
  6. Choose your new data plan from the available options, then review the activation details and charges and confirm the activation.
Warning: Activating SIMs will begin regular Monthly Recurring Charges and data usage billing. Ensure your account has sufficient balance before proceeding. Once activated, SIMs cannot return to Test Mode.
